On behalf of the constituents of Ogun East senatorial district and federal house of representatives constituencies, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on your recent swearing-in as a member of the 10th National Assembly. It is truly a momentous occasion and a testament to the trust and confidence placed in you by the people.
As representatives of the people, we believe that politics has evolved to encompass active citizen participation. It is in this spirit that we address you today.
The people of Ogun East have great expectations from you in this Assembly. We are looking forward to witnessing your exemplary leaderships, unwavering dedications, and tireless efforts in working for the betterment of our communities. We understand the challenges that lie ahead and the enormous responsibilities on your shoulders, but we believe in your ability to rise above them and create positive changes.
While we appreciate the diversity and unique needs of each senatorial district in Ogun State , we also acknowledge the importance of fostering unity and collaboration within the state. We urge you not to be docile members but to actively engage with your counterparts from other senatorial districts, including Ogun West and Central. By fostering strong relationships and working together, we can collectively advance the interests of Ogun State as a whole.
Our hope is that, as representatives from Ogun East, you will not only fulfill your duties but also strive to make Ogun East proud of their legislators. Let your commitment to service, integrity, and transparency be evident in your actions and decisions. Champion the causes that matter to us, ensuring that our voices are heard and our concerns are addressed.
We encourage you to be accessible and engage with the constituents regularly. Conduct town hall meetings, solicit feedback, and take into account the views and aspirations of the people you represent. By fostering an inclusive and participatory environment, we can collectively build a stronger and more prosperous Ogun East.
Once again, congratulations on your well-deserved election to the 10th National Assembly. May your tenure be filled with success, purpose, and significant achievements for the benefit of our beloved district and state. We pledge our support and cooperation as you embark on this important journey.
