The Managing Director of the Nigerian Export-Import Bank (NEXIM), Mr. Abubakar Abba Bello, will on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 9:00 AM, address a select audience of young entrepreneurs and business owners in a strategic session focused on non-oil export opportunities for wealth creation.
This engagement comes on the heels of several high-profile interactions at the APC Youth House this month, including impactful sessions with Hon. Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani, and Chairman of the National Sports Commission, Mallam Shehu Dikko, alongside capacity-building trainings attended by over 100 participants.
“If we are to create more local jobs and attract foreign exchange into Nigeria, we must increase our export—particularly non-oil export,” said Hon. Dayo Israel, explaining the rationale behind the session. “We must provide entrepreneurs with access to information, funding, and technical support to help Nigerian businesses compete globally, especially within Africa under the AfCFTA framework. This engagement with the MD of NEXIM Bank will provide that critical interface for our young entrepreneurs.”
