Sunday, 19th of November was indeed a glorious day in the annal of history of the Redeemed Christian Church of God as members trooped out in large number to advertise Jesus for the forthcoming Holy Ghost Congress with the theme, Divine Repositioning.
The rally started from car Park C inside the Redemption city to Berger Ogba road enroute Agidigbi Awolowo road Ikeja Bus Stop to Maryland Ojota Mowe and back to Car Park B Redemption City.
It was indeed a funfair rally for Christ with overwhelming support by the public. Who expressed their love for the rally with great enthusiasm. While The Bridge, joined the rally at Airport Ikeja also added colour to it.
Pastor Leke Adeboye intermittently preached to the people along the road speaking on the excess of the rally and the need for people to attend the congress for a change of story in their lives. ”This Congress will bring divine Joy to the lives of people, take away sorrow and reposition lives.”
The Music maestro and the intercontinental music director of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Kunle Ajayi was at his best dishing out inspirational tunes with his saxophone, while people chorus after him those sonorous tunes with gloriously charged the atmosphere and brought down the presence of Holy Spirit.
Some members of the choir in the Church were also delighted to watch with their dancing steps on the roadshow for Christ during the rally.
In a chance chat with Pastor Kunle Ajayi, on the rally, he said, ”God is coming down massively during this year Congress, the example of which we can see through this rally. There will be massive salvation of souls, as the attendance was unprecedented with more still on the way.”
No doubt the event slated for December 4th to 10th 2023, ministering by Pastor Adejare Adeboye and other anointed men of God will remain unforgettable going by the massive crowd that witnessed the rally on Sunday.
